Gabriel Kokal

Erin Lea Curtis, the daughter of Tain and LaNan Curtis, and Gabriel Blaine Kokal, the son of Pat and Gaylene Kokal, were married June 27 on the Price River Parkway in Helper.
Gabe is stationed at Fort Campbell, Ky., with the United States Army 101st Airbourne. He is part of the 19th Delta Cavalry Scout unit.
Erin and Gabe will reside at Fort Campbell, Ky.


Kelly Damman


Bartley Grubbs

Randy and Sandy Damman of Napoleon, Ohio, and Gary and Pamela Grubbs, formerly of Price and currently of Bright, Ind., announce the upcoming marriage of their children, Kelly Renee Damman and Bartley William Grubbs.
The couple will be married Sept. 18 at St. John Lutheran Church in Napoleon, Ohio.
Kelly is a 1991 graduate of Napoleon High School, a 1995 graduate of Xavier University and a 1999 graduate of University of Cincinnati. She is employed as a school-based mental health therapist at Center for Children and Families in Cincinnati, Ohio. Bartley is a 1987 graduate of Carbon High School, a 1996 graduate of Utah State University and a United States Army veteran. He is vice president of Brenco Tools and Equipment in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The couple plan to reside in Bright, Ind.

Stephen and Jackie DeFriez announce the marriage of their daughter, RaLynn DeFriez, to Jeremy Otto Wilcock, the son of Hal and Roma Wilcock. They will be married Aug. 21 in the Manti LDS Temple. An open house will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Castle Dale LDS Stake Center, 33 East Main. An open house is planned Aug. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Wilcock residence, 1040 S. Cedar Knolls, Cedar City. In case of inclement weather, the second open house will be at the Cedar East LDS Stake Center.
RaLynn graduated from Emery High, received an associate’s from Snow College and graduated from Southern Utah University with an applied science and technology degree. She served in the New York-New York south mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jeremy graduated from Canyon High in Cedar City. The couple will make their home in City Cedar.

Duane and Kolene Gilbert announce the marriage of their daughter, Angie Yun Gilbert, to Gary D. Peacock, the son of Dixon and Talma Peacock.
They will be married Aug, 21.
Friends and family will honor the newlyweds at a garden reception that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Gilbert residence, 355 S. 300 East, Castle Dale.
Angie is employed at the Huntington power plant and Gary is employed at Genwal Resources.
The couple will reside in Orangeville.

Doug and Lorna Jennings announce the marriage of their daughter, Tammy Jennings, to Will Payne, the son of Val and Bernice Payne of Cleveland.
The couple will be married Aug. 21 at the Gordon Creek LDS Ward pavilion.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the pavilion, located at 175 North 1280 West in Price. Dancing will follow the reception until 11 p.m.
The couple will make their home in Cleveland and continue working in Price.

Jack and Lorie Rogers announce the marriage of their daughter, Meagan Rogers, to Derek Judi, the son of Vaughn and Marianne Judi.
They will be married Aug. 21 in the Manti LDS Temple.
A reception for family and friends will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the 800 North LDS Chapel in Castle Dale.
Meagan is the granddaughter of Bill and Mary Rogers and Grant and Dolores Stoehr. Derek is the grandson of Lucille Judi, the late Jack Judi and Paul and Lois Wiser.
The couple will make their home in Provo, where they will continue their educations at Brigham Young University.
