Participating in the dedicated hunters program managed by the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources, Junior Degelbeck and sons, Greg and Doug, along with Corbet Hansen spend Saturday constructing an eagle mew. Located on Carbonville Road at the Debbie Pappas injured eagle and bird facility, the mew is designed to be enlarged, down-sized or unassembled, depending on need.
The DWR will guarantee the hunters at least three licenses or permits for the next three years. The guarantee also includes regional and archery or musselloading requests.
