Becky and Max Jones have moved their business across and down the street and opened Becky’s Brew at 17 East Main in Price. One of the first businesses on Main Street to offer wireless internet, the coffee shop has expanded and includes soup, sandwiches, and salads, as well as a wide variety of fresh ground whole bean coffee, lattees, cappuccinos and expressos. Becky has seven years experience in the expresso business having been trained by Boyd’s in Oregon. The new shop has a homey feeling with tables, stools and a sofa. In addition they opened up a back room to host small groups for conferences, meetings, or training sessions. Becky plans to expand this area into a reading room and a gathering place for artists, poets or group discussions. In addition the Jones also have a catering business and will prepare meals, snacks or drinks for outside meetings or workshops.
Becky’s Brew reopened on May 10 and can be reached by calling 613-1170 or on the web at becky’sbrews@yahoo.com.
