Delta trampled the Lady Dinos in region play Sept. 11 at Delta. The Rabbits scored seven unanswered goals on Carbon, with five of them coming in the first half.
The final score was 7-0.
Coach Dave Capalbo said the team was not prepared for the game and were not competitive from the beginning.
Carbon’s varsity is 0-2-2 in region play.
Carbon’s junior varsity team came away with a win, however.
The Dinos lead the game 2-0 until the last seconds of the game, when Delta scored.
The final was 2-1.
