The official Olympic torch may have bypassed Castle Valley, but Mike Amos arrived at the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce banquet Tuesday with a unique version of the traditional symbol. The chamber event included the installation of 2002 board of directors and the presentation of several community awards. Amos, of Salt Lake, owns Fuddrucker’s, and entertained the crowd with a talk focusing on teamwork and community pride.
