Local author Tom McCourt will present an evening of storytelling this Wednesday, Nov. 19 at the CEU Prehistoric Museum classroom beginning at 7 p.m. The lecture, “White Canyon, Remember the Little Town at the bottom of Lake Powell,” will tell of McCourt’s adventures he had as a kid spending summers at his grandparents home at the mouth of white Canyon. These stories are also part of a new publication. The lecture is free and open to the public. It is being co-sponsored by Castle Country Regional Information Center and CEU Prehistoric Museum.
