Michael Kaminski
PRICE- Michael Lawrence Kaminski, age 55 of Price, passed away Nov. 17, 2003 of cancer in Banning, Calif.
He was born Aug. 24, 1948 in Altadena, Calif.
He received a BS degree in forestry from the University of Idaho.
Served in U.S. Air Force, 1968 to 1972. Peace Corps volunteer, 1976 to 1978.
Worked as a natural resource protection specialist for the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. Started at the BLM in June 1978. Member Sha’arei Tefila, Salt Lake City, and Environment Community Garden Club, Price.
Survived by his mother, Patricia Kaminski, Banning, Calif.; sisters, Karin Di Gia-cinto, Fontana, Calif.; Jeanne Lovelace, Thousand Oaks, Calif.; nieces, Bethany Engel-man and Rebecca Baca; and grandnephew, Riley Baca.
Services were Nov. 22 at Presbyterian Church, Beaumont, Calif.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Hospice in Banning, Visiting Nurse Association of the Inland Counties (VNAIC), 264 N. Highland Springs Avenue, Building 4-B, Banning, CA 92220.
