East Carbon volleyball tryouts begin. As the school year rapidly approaches, coaches throughout Carbon County are beginning to select teams for the upcoming fall sports season.
At East Carbon High, volleyball coach, Alisa Preston prepares for the season by conducting tryouts at the school.
According to Preston, tryouts are currently taking place beginning at 6 a.m. and will continue throughout the end of this week.
Next week, tryout times will change to 5:30 a.m., Monday through Wednesday morning.
All interested East Carbon High students are invited and encouraged to attend.
The volleyball season will begin Sept. 4 as the Vikings travel to Green River.
