Sister Callor
Sister Melanie Chanille Callor will return to the area after serving in the North Carolina-Raleigh mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Sister Callor will report her mission July 28 at 10 a.m. at the Carbonville LDS Ward, located 175 North 1280 West in Spring Glen. There will be an open house at 1:30 p.m. at the Callor residence, 777 Canyon Street, Helper.
She is the daughter of William and Nelda Callor. She is the granddaughter of Hal and Velora Anderson, Bill and Gloria Callor and the late Raiko Callor. She is the great-granddaughter of Velma Anderson.
Elder Ehler
Elder Dane Thomas Ehler has accepted a call to serve in the Paraguay-Ascension north Spanish speaking mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Elder Ehler will speak during sacrament meeting July 28 at 9 a.m. at the Orangeville 2nd LDS Ward.
Elder Ehler will enter the missionary training center in Provo on Aug. 7.
He is the son of Gordon and Joanne Ehler.
Elder Ludington
Elder Allen Ludington has been called to serve in the Chile-Concepcion mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Elder Ludington’s missionary farewell meeting will be July 28 at 10 a.m. at the Carbonville LDS Ward. The ward meets at the chapel located at 1985 W. 4000 North, Spring Glen.
He is the son of Wayne and Leigh Ludington.
There will be an open house at the Ludington residence from 5 to 8 p.m.
Elder Marsing
Elder Seth L. Marsing has been called to serve in the Ohio-Columbus mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Elder Marsing will speak July 28 at 9 a.m. at the Gordon Creek LDS Ward, located at 175 N. 1280 West, Price.
He is the son of Greg and Lynette Marsing.
