Marilyn and Terry Vogrinec own the Shoe Store at 69 E. Main in Price, 637-1200. They opened Nov. 26, 1995.
The Shoe Store is a family shoe store that carries popular styles, comfort styles, work and safety styles, and specializes in proper fit and shoes for many conditions of the foot.
According to Vogrinec, “we are a full service shoe store and spend time with each customer to find the right shoe for their individual foot, their lifestyle, and their purpose for each shoe.”
Vogrinec says that, “after working for a corporate giant and living in large metropolitan cities, it was a refreshing change to come home to Carbon County. No traffic, pollution or hustle and bustle and a community where people know and care about their neighbors.”
“I also felt a need for a shoe store that carried good, comfortable shoes so that people in Carbon and Emery counties didn’t have to travel to the Wasatch Front.” The Vogrinecs also wanted to provide service that is almost impossible to find these days. “That one-on-one with our customers to find just the right style and size to meet their needs.”
