Chris Fredrickson recently received a scholarship from Car Quest Auto Parts for $1000 to attend CEU. Fredrickson, a Carbon graduate, applied for the scholarship which gets dozens of applicants each year. Pictured are his parents Glen and Debbie Fredrickson as well as Francis Andersen, the manager of the local Car Quest Auto Parts store.
