At a banquet held May 15, the Carbon School District annonced this years winners of the extra mile awards. Stewart Foster received volunteer of the year honors while Patsy Bueno was named administrator of the year. Rebecca Donaldson was honored as the teacher of the year and Marie Leonard was presented classified of the year award. Each extra mile award winner will receive $300 and the Donaldson will receive $1,000 worth of classroom supplies for earning the teacher of the year award.
