Students in USU Eastern’s Cosmetology spent hours in head-to-head competition Tuesday at the annual Fantasy Hair Contest on the Price Campus. Contestants had to demonstrate imagination and proficiency in hairstyling, cosmetics and accessories to create a look that demonstrated an overall theme.
